  • 307 Organizational Structure and Management

    For-profit and Non-profit Organizations

Every country has different laws governing how organizations should operate and how they
should be structured. There are, however, many similarities and the overriding principles are
the same. A lot of ministries around the world are not registered with their governments, and
many of them are registered but don’t comply with the statute requirements. Registered
organizations are considered to be juristic persons, i.e. they are separate legal entities.
Some of the reasons for not registering include ignorance, lack of motivation, lack of funding
and a rejection of state regulation.

Many ministries also don’t follow correct administrative procedures.
